As the world goes through this challenging time and we are all playing our part in trying to minimise the impact of the virus it is important to acknowledge the psychological impact of the situation. It is natural that all of us will have a range of emotions including spells of anxiety and perhaps low mood. Fortunately there is lots of advice on line and in the media to help us cope.
