Impact on Existing Mental Health Difficulties

For those of us who have already been experiencing psychological or emotional difficulties unrelated to corona virus, or those who are experiencing an exacerbation or relapse of existing mental health difficulties,  it may be important to consider if psychological therapy could be helpful.  If you would like to discuss this with me confidentially in a brief, up to 15 minute, telephone conversation, I'd be happy to hear from you.
